Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, hiking, and cycling whenever I have the chance. I am an avid gamer and occasionally follow PGA golf, tennis, Australian Footbal, and rally racing. I also enjoy exploring new ideas and writing short stories, pursuits that reflect my curiosity and appreciation for creative problem-solving.

Professionally, I thrive in collaborative environments while also being comfortable working independently. I enjoy building relationships, mentoring others, solving problems, and bringing people together to achieve common goals. My career in End User Services and IT operations has provided countless opportunities to combine technical understanding with process improvement and customer-focused service delivery.
